If you're obsessed with COACH, read this...
The owner of the blog, Princess Vee, is super nice and will answer your enquiries promptly (she only entertains serious buyers, not just those who are curious for the pricing. But I assure you, I've checked with Coach stores in KL and they're much cheaper) In terms of bargaining, the most she can give is FOC from courier charges.
The most requested brand is Coach, but there are other brands as well such as Baby Phat, Cole Haan, Ed Hardy, Guess, Gucci, Juicy Couture, Marc Jacobs, and Ralph Lauren. Other than bags, you can find more accessories like watches, sunglasses, key chains, and even fridge magnets!
It'll be a while until I place my next order (haven't seen any merchandise that catches my eye...yet!), so I wish you Coach lovers out there Happy Coach surfing!

hail to the power of the influencer!
Since I discovered this cologne for men by accident during mega sales in Mid Valley shopping mall years ago, It was like discovering the ultimate treasure of the King of Scents for guys (seriously!) Without much persuasion by the salesgirl, I got myself the promo set in a flash (yeah, even if it was for guys). Luckily, I didn't use it and when my bf materialized (now ex), I was promoting all out for him to use the ever lovable Clinique Happy (He's been using it the whole time when we were still together and never used another brand).
I gushed all about it to my college friend too, who was a loyal user of Dunhill. Then, one day, I dropped by at his apartment to get some notes and guess what? I got a glimpse of the familiar orange bottle on a book rack in his room. I was like, 'You got the cologne!!! Like I told you to!!' And my friend just gave me a little smile. Guys, I think they are a bit shy to let the world know that girls can influence them to buy things that they wouldn't normally buy.
And it doesn't stop there! My current man is also on the Clinique craze (He used to be a Davidoff fan) and will religiously get a new bottle whenever the old one runs out of supply. Lemme let u in a li'l secret, last Valentine's apparently a secret admirer gave him Polo Black and what did he do with it? Gave it to his friend! I mean, that's not cheap, man. Even if somebody gave me a perfume for a gift, I will still use it (I can't stand Tommy Hilfiger Jeans though, it was so dizzying I gave it to my aunt - even though it was a gift).
And lastly, a friend of mine (whom I just met) got himself the promotion set after I described to him the heavenly smell from the orange bottle - and he didn't even had a whiff of it before that! Being a fan of big names like Hugo Boss and Paco Rabbane, I think it's pretty amazing for him to just purchase Clinique without even sampling the scent. Now that's what I call super influencing power hehehe
Why don't u try it too? Like what my friend said, and I quote: 'Now I'm Happy everyday!'
Doesn't make sense? Get that orange bottle today and you'll see why :)

Here comes the bride...and the bridesmaid!
Since both of us are the same height, I had to follow whatever heels that my cousin was wearing. I brought along my most outrageously high heels (which I only wore once) and discovered they're the ones I need to wear for the reception. I got panicked for a while with a lot of 'what ifs' popping into my head. 'what if I tripped over my gown?', 'what if I fall off the stage?' But thankfully, I didn't. Even with a bit to drink, I can still swivel and dance and do the twist on my heels without making a fool of myself! And if you're wondering what sort of hideous bridesmaid dress I was wearing (big puffy sleeves, lurid shade of purple, gigantic bows which only look good on flower girls etc)...well it's none of the above! My dress for the day was a sexy, strapless shade of red satin with criss-cross details at the back (my cousin let me choose :) thanks to her hehe) Even some of the guests were confused on which was the actual bride! *teehee*
All in all, the reception went on smoothly and everyone was just happy eating, drinking and dancing (no cute guys though.seriously, WHERE are the cute guys in KK?? Apart from the man of my life of course *winks*) Even though the soles of my feet were burning towards the end of the day, I'm just so happy for the couple and hope for the best for the two lovebirds :)

not a boyfriend/fiance/hubby stealer
I've been accused twice this year for trying to get my claws onto another's property. Twice!!
The first one practically yelled at me through sms that I was deliberately trying to ruin their relationship, and I was like, "Hello girl? Since when sms-ing and meeting up for drinks a crime?!" And the second was even more insecure...as the hubby himself happens to be my cousin! She whined about how he never respond to her sms and calls (they are at long-distance level at the moment)and that strangely he used to sms me and chat online once in a while (which she thinks is better than her situation).No. 2 did not really point her finger at me, but I definitely got her hinting when she get the impression that he prefers to communicate with me than her. Well, that's not my problem! Maybe the poor guy is still trying to adjust to his new marriage life. You see, guys are just as complicated as girls hmph!
And I gotta give it to my mum for being the most observant person ever. I haven't seen my cousin for more than 10 years, so naturally we're really glad to see each other during their wedding. We also attended their post-wedding lunch at his aunt's place, and during that time my cousin would occasionally sit at my side and have a light chat with me or checking whether me and mum have enough to drink and eat. But few days after that, I heard mum talking on the phone saying that my cousin spend most of the time with me during the lunch and that his wife might get mixed signals. Of course, she was talking in Kadazan but I still can figure out what she was saying haha! After that, she told me that if my cousin drop by at KK, we should invite both of them to our house for makan and chit chat. In my heart I was thinking, 'Mum you watch too much soap opera! For sure the wife wouldn't get jealous easily' And see what happens now?
Mum should definitely be a part-time fortune teller.
So what went wrong? Maybe I was over-friendly? too touchy-feely? Sigh...I just hope I won't get any false accusations anymore anytime soon!

it's raining men...and may they seep into the dark dark monsoon drains
Boyfriends can be such insensitive jerks sometimes. Like for example, my puppy of 3 months just died a terrible death and I called him to let him know my sad feelings. Naturally, you respond by being sympathetic and say soothing words like this:
Me: My puppy just died. I ran over him, I feel so guilty I’m literally crying my heart out.
Him: Oh no, that’s terrible. What happened?
Me: It was too dark and it was hard to spot him. Usually he will wait at the garage, but that time he followed the other dogs to the main gate. I drove really slow and honked a few times, but I guess he was frightened and accidentally went under the car.
Him: Poor puppy, you must be really sad. I’m so sorry about that, is there anything I can do to help? You want me to come over and talk about it?
And instead, this is what he actually said:
Me: My puppy just died. I ran over him, I feel so guilty I’m literally crying my heart out.
Him: What happened?
Me: It was too dark and it was hard to spot him. Usually he will wait at the garage, but that time he followed the other dogs to the main gate. I drove really slow and honked a few times, but I guess he was frightened and accidentally went under the car.
Him: Babe, these things happen. You can’t do anything about it now.
Me: He’s still a little pup! He’s a special breed!
Him: Yeah well, my pup got ran over too last time, and it was special. But past is the past, babe. (chuckles)
Me: You meanie! You’re not taking this seriously, are you?
Him: Of course I am. But look, what can you do? Hey, I got an incoming call now. Text you later k?
Me: Yeah, yeah ok (grumbles)
And that night he never text me back. At least send a few words of “Don’t worry too much, babe. It’ll be fine”. Stupid man. An animal may not be human, but it still has a life, it still breathes the same air as we do, and they are definitely a man’s best friend...hello!
Gawd I’m so pissed at him, all he care right now is his career, his friends, his nighlife, his beer, and his obsession with football. I may not be his priority, but he should at least act the way it’s supposed to be during certain situations, like this for instance.
Men! Boyfriends…blech!
ps - sorry guys, i'm not talking about you..just referring to this mister of mine
